1. SCOPE AND BINDING AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Seminole Hard Rock Digital, LLC. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our House Rules, and our Privacy Policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and physically located within the State of Florida to place a wager. You agree to provide accurate identification data, including your full legal name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number for identity verification through approved governmental and commercial databases.

3. GEOLOCATION MONITORING

Federal and Florida state law require us to verify your location. We use geolocation technology (GPS, IP mapping, and Wi-Fi triangulation). Any attempt to spoof, hide, or mask your location via VPN, proxy servers, or other software will result in immediate account termination and potential criminal investigation.

4. RESPONSIBLE GAMING AND SELF-EXCLUSION

We are committed to providing a safe environment. You may set deposit, session, and wagering limits. If you are a participant in the Florida Council on Compulsive Gambling’s self-exclusion list or any other state-mandated exclusion list, you are prohibited from wagering on this platform.

5. WAGERING AND SETTLEMENT

All bets are subject to our House Rules. We reserve the right to suspend markets, void bets in the event of obvious errors, and limit wagering amounts for any individual. Payouts are final once settled, unless an administrative error is discovered.

6. TAX OBLIGATIONS

You are solely responsible for any tax reporting or payments required by local, state, or federal laws (IRS). We will issue Form W-2G for winnings that meet the reporting thresholds as required by law.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Any disputes arising from wagers will first be handled by our internal support team. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the Florida Gaming Control Commission. You agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted individually and not as a class action.

We collect information that identifies you, including: Full name, residential address, email address, telephone number, full or partial Social Security Number, and financial account information for deposits/withdrawals.

2. GEOLOCATION AND DEVICE DATA

We collect and process your precise geolocation data in real-time. We also collect device-specific information, such as IP addresses, hardware models, and operating systems to prevent fraud and ensure platform integrity.

3. USE OF INFORMATION

Your data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, detect and prevent fraud (including anti-money laundering checks), and comply with reporting requirements set by the Florida Gaming Control Commission.

4. THIRD-PARTY SHARING

We share your data with: (a) Identity verification services; (b) Payment processors; (c) The Seminole Tribe of Florida; (d) Regulatory and law enforcement agencies when legally required.

5. DATA SECURITY AND ENCRYPTION

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission and multi-factor authentication. However, no electronic storage system is 100% secure.

6. COOKIES AND TRACKING

We use cookies to remember your preferences and analyze site traffic. You can manage cookie settings in your browser, but some platform features may not function without them.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your residency, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Please contact our Data Privacy Officer for such requests.
